Nameless Membership paints a uncooked and intimate image of enigmatic singer-songwriter, Courtney Barnett, an anti-influencer who’s a robust voice for our occasions, a recluse acclaimed by audiences the world over and a powerful feminine artist in battle with herself.

The function documentary undertaking was initiated in 2018 by Danny Cohen, who has been collaborating for a few years with Courtney Barnett on her award-winning and extremely imaginative music movies. Danny spent three years on tour in Europe, the US and Asia and at house in Melbourne filming with Barnett as a one-man crew, capturing on a 16mm digicam, customised to file sync sound.
